PKU Lophlex LQ 20

Dit product is een voeding voor medisch gebruik te gebruiken onder medisch toezicht.

Voeding voor medisch gebruik. Dieetvoeding bij bewezen fenylketonurie (PKU) bij kinderen vanaf de leeftijd van 4 jaar, adolescenten en volwassenen, inclusief zwangeren (in combinatie met standaard foliumzuursuppletie). PKU Lophlex LQ is een voedingskundig onvolledige, fenylalaninevrije** dieetvoeding. Het bevat een gebalanceerde mix van de overige essentiële en niet-essentiële aminozuren, koolhydraten, vitaminen, spoorelementen en enkele mineralen. Het bevat vruchtensap (uit concentraat) en natuurlijk aroma. Bevat docosahexaeenzuur (DHA). Met suikers en zoetstoffen.

**Dit product kan sporen (<5 mg/100 ml) van fenylalanine (PHE) bevatten afkomstig van vruchtensap (uit concentraat).

Bereiding :

De aanbevolen dosering dient te worden bepaald door een arts of diëtist en is afhankelijk van leeftijd, gewicht en medische conditie van de patiënt. De dagelijkse aanbevolen hoeveelheid moet worden verdeeld over de dag. Het is belangrijk om gelijktijdig water of een andere drank te nuttigen. Goed schudden voor gebruik. Smaakt gekoeld het beste.

  • Uitsluitend voor enteraal gebruik. 
  • Uitsluitend te gebruiken onder medisch toezicht.
  • Niet geschikt als enige voedingsbron.
  • Geschikt voor kinderen vanaf de leeftijd van 4 jaar, adolescenten en volwassenen, inclusief zwangeren (in combinatie met standaard foliumzuursuppletie).
  • Uitsluitend geschikt voor patiënten met bewezen fenylketonurie.
  • Dit product dient niet als enige bron van eiwit te worden gebruikt maar moet worden gebruikt in combinatie met een bron van natuurlijk eiwit, vocht en andere nutriënten in voorgeschreven hoeveelheden om de behoefte aan fenylalanine, vocht en algemene voedingsbehoeften van de patiënt te garanderen. Dit product bevat slechts sporen van natrium en chloride.

Bewaaradvies : 

Ongeopend bewaren op kamertemperatuur, niet in het zonlicht. Na openen in de koelkast bewaren en binnen 24 uur consumeren. Verpakt onder beschermende atmosfeer.
